Your Family Shouldn't Find
Out the Hard Way That the
Plan Didn't Work
We don't just build your estate plan. We make sure it actually works.

Specialized Estate Plans
Designed For Each Stage of Life
From zero to notarized, from the comfort of your living room.

Retirement Estate Plan
Ensure the wealth you built over a lifetime transfers exactly where you want it to go without court involvement or unintended asset distribution.
Designed for retirees and pre-retirees who want control over how their assets are distributed, this package avoids probate, aligns beneficiary designations, structures distribution terms, and confirms funding across all relevant accounts.
It is built to preserve legacy, reduce administrative burden on surviving spouses, and eliminate ambiguity in wealth transfer.
The Young Family Estate Plan
Protect your children, appoint guardians, and ensure your spouse or loved ones can function financially if something happens to you.
Built for individuals and couples in their asset-building years, this package ensures surviving family members can continue paying bills, accessing accounts, and managing financial responsibilities without interruption.
It establishes guardianship and structured inheritance terms so your children are protected and your wishes are carried out exactly as written.

The Blended Family Estate Plan
Create a plan that protects your partner and respects every part of your family.
Designed for couples with children from previous relationships, this plan ensures both partners are protected and each set of children is accounted for.
Assets are structured and aligned with the trust so nothing is missed, and everyone understands exactly what has been put in place.
The Business Owner Estate Plan
Put a plan in place that accounts for both your business and your personal life.
Designed for business owners whose company makes up a significant part of their wealth, this plan aligns your estate with key business considerations, including ownership and succession.
The result is a structure that keeps your business moving forward and your family supported, without gaps or uncertainty.

The Young Adult Estate Plan
Ensure someone you trust can legally make medical and financial decisions for you in an emergency.
Designed for adults 18 and older without complex assets, this package establishes financial and medical powers of attorney so parents or designated individuals can access information, manage accounts, and make critical decisions if the young adult is incapacitated.
The First Responder Estate Plan
Protect your pension, disability benefits, and family income if you are injured, disabled, or killed in the line of duty.
Designed specifically for Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement professionals, this package accounts for occupation-specific pensions, disability scenarios, line-of-duty concerns, and risk exposure. It structures income continuity, asset control, and benefit alignment for surviving family members.

Trust Review & Optimization Plan
Find out whether your existing trust will actually work — before it’s too late to fix it.
Already have a trust? We’ll conduct a structured review of funding, account titling, state laws, beneficiary designations, and distribution terms. Clients leave knowing clearly whether their plan is solid, needs updates, or requires full restatement.
The Trust Restatement Plan
Rebuild your existing trust around your current assets, family, and intentions without starting from scratch.
Designed for individuals and families whose trust no longer reflects their life, this plan fully restates every core document and incorporates updated provisions, current asset structures, and legal language aligned with where you live and what you own today. The result is an updated, notarized plan that's properly funded, clearly organized, and built to carry out your wishes exactly as intended.

What Changes When Your Plan Is Complete?
When life calls, we answer — a death, a disability, a crisis. We're the ones who pick up the phone and guide your family through the next steps. Every principle behind our process exists because we've seen what happens when estate planning is left unfinished.
Your Surviving Spouse Is Taken Care Of
When one spouse passes, the other needs to be able to access accounts, pay bills, and continue living. Without a plan, that access isn't guaranteed.
Your Children Are Provided For
Without a plan, the court (not you) decides who cares for your children and how your assets support them. A trust puts those decisions back in your hands.
Avoid Probate
Delays
A properly structured trust helps your assets transfer efficiently without unnecessary court involvement.
Keep Your Plan Organized
Your documents are securely stored and accessible so your spouse, children, or loved ones can access the resources they need and manage finances without unnecessary complications.
Ensure Your Wishes Are Followed
Your estate plan clearly outlines how assets should be managed and distributed so your loved ones are not left trying to navigate complicated decisions during an already difficult time.
Your Legacy Reaches the Next Generation
A trust lets you control how and when your assets transfer to your heirs. You can structure distributions, protect against remarriage, and ensure your life's work goes where it's meant to.
The S.T.E.P. Signature Trust Process
Five clear steps that guide you from your first conversation through estate plan creation, funding, and long-term
support to ensure your estate plan works exactly as intended.
Step 1
Introduction & Planning
Your first conversation is with a Certified Estate Planning Advisor.
They introduce you to the estate planning process, answer your initial questions, and help determine the right path forward for your family.

Step 2
Discovery & Plan Selection
Next, you meet with a Certified Intake Specialist (CIS) for a one-hour virtual discovery call.
During this meeting, they learn about your family situation, assets, and planning needs and help determine which S.T.E.P.™ package fits your circumstances, review pricing, and set you up as an active client.

Step 3
Creating Your Trust
Your trust is created during a guided session with a Trust Creation Specialist (TCS).
They prepare your trust using the S.T.E.P.™ system, walk through each document with you, and coordinate remote notarization. Once complete, your finalized estate plan is uploaded to your personal digital vault at Wealth.com.
If you would like, your Certified Estate Planning Consultant can also host a complimentary family meeting to explain the plan to your loved ones.

Step 4
Funding Your Trust
Your trust only works if your assets are properly transferred into it.
A Trust Funding Specialist (TFS) ensures your home, bank accounts, investment accounts, and other assets are correctly titled under your trust.
They follow up until the funding process is complete so nothing is missed.

Step 5
Maintaining Your Estate Plan
Throughout the process, a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) oversees your file and ensures every step meets the S.T.E.P.™ standard. They serve as your primary point of contact if questions arise.
Once your plan is complete and funded, they schedule your first annual review and help manage your relationship with S.T.E.P.™ going forward.
